Biography |
Before becoming a full time mediator, Theron tried civil lawsuits for thirty (35) years involving many different type cases but with emphasis on product liability. He tried numerous cases to jury verdicts.
Theron has been a civil mediator since 1993, transitioning to a fulltime mediation practice in 2001. He mediates approximately 200 cases per year, covering a wide range of civil litigation.
