Biography |
Theodore (Terry) Lyons has represented clients in personal injury and insurance cases for over 38 years. Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Lyons has mediated over one thousand cases since 1995. Lyons has taught litigation and negotiation as an instructor in the General Practice course at the University of Wisconsin Law School and has frequently lectured on litigation topics for State Bar of Wisconsin CLE programs. In addition he has served as a chapter author for The Law of Damages in Wisconsin from 1988 - 1999 for the State Bar of Wisconsin. |
