Biography |
Ted served as an adjunct settlement judge for the District Court of Tulsa County for 12 years and has mediated cases professionally as an adjunct to his trial practice for the last 4 years. He has mediated approximately 250 cases in the last 4 years. Most of those cases involved medical negligence, personal injury and wrongful death, as well as construction litigation. Ted has been in practice for 30 years and maintains a busy practice primarily in the area of professional negligence. |
