Biography |
Since 2009, Rob has served as both a mediator and arbitrator in a wide variety of cases, including personal injury actions, business disputes, large and small scale construction disputes, real estate claims, employment-related claims, insurance coverage matters, contract claims, civil rights actions, professional liability and malpractice claims, products liability claims, catastrophic loss and wrongful death cases, and a variety of other civil matters.
He has served as an arbitrator in numerous cases resulting in a final dispositional opinion, and has served as a mediator on more than 900 cases. Rob also has served as a faculty lecturer at seminars on ADR best practices throughout the State of Maine for both private and public professional organizations, and he has authored articles published in both legal and business journals on mediation and arbitration. |
