Full-time Mediator who has mediated well over 4,000 cases since becoming certified in 2004. He has thirty (30) years of experience in the negotiation, mediation, arbitration and trial of a wide range of legal disputes. He mediates approximately 250 cases a year, and has a long list of satisfied clients from diverse practice areas and both sides of the Bar.
Extensive knowledge of business, construction defect, contract, eminent domain, employment, insurance and risk management, intellectual property, maritime, personal injury, professional liability, products liability, real estate, securities and sports law.
