Biography |
Paul Shoucair is an Orlando attorney and mediator with over 30 years of experience as a lawyer along with over 20 years as a mediator in state and federal courts in Florida. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Florida. He also serves as a mediator in federal court and is admitted to practice to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Circuit-Civil Mediator Society and the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. While in law school he was the Chairman of the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Board and a member of the Order of Barristers. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
He has represented a wide range of individual and corporate clients in complex cases involving injuries and accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home injuries, trucking/transportation claims. insurance coverage, insurance claims and business disputes. He has also presented continuing education courses to health care professionals at local colleges and health care organizations on legal issues related to healthcare claims. |
