ADR is now my exclusive practice. I mediate and arbitrate a wide variety of disputes including but not limited to: any motor vehicle claims,  general liability claims, products liability, professional liability, dram shop and various types of commercial litigation disputes. I was certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the MSBA in 1999 and re-certified in 2004 and 2011 and am a member of ABOTA. I have extensive jury trial experience over 34 years and have served as an arbitrator and mediator in commercial, contract, personal injury and No-Fault cases over the past 25 years.

I am a strong believer in ADR and work very hard to make the process worthwhile for the parties and counsel. I am on the State of Minnesota’s Roster of ADR Neutral Mediators. I have been named a Super Lawyer© every year since 2005 (named top 100 ten times) and have served on the Blue Ribbon Selection Panel. I was also included in the 2008-2010 Corporate Counsel edition of Super Lawyers© for expertise in Civil Litigation. I have served five three-year terms on the Arthur Chapman Management Board of Directors.
