now confines his practice to ADR activities, establishing a high sucess rate through a committment to preparation and professionalism. Mark has been a frequent author and presenter at 

professional conferences on matters of interest to litigators, including the effective use of the mediation process.

$300/hr. for schedule coordination, review of pre-mediation materials, communication with counsel, preparation for mediation,mediation time, finalization of settlement terms and post-mediation follow-up 

$150/hr. for travel time, plus $.60 per mile outside Polk County

Same rates for arbitrations and preparation of ruling
