Marcia Davis, Esq. now mediates full-time with her new firm, Marcia Davis Mediation, bringing over four decades of legal expertise to her role as a neutral. A Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since 2006 and a certified mediator since 1997, Marcia has successfully mediated hundreds of complex cases involving professional liability, products liability, construction defects, automobile negligence, commercial disputes, and contractual matters.

Her extensive litigation experience includes serving as lead counsel in more than 40 cases tried to verdict, including landmark wrongful death claims and high-stakes medical malpractice cases.
