Biography |
Judge LaMothe's experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) spans over thirty years, and includes service as a mediator, arbitrator and settlement judge. She has presided over a wide variety of cases and has published and taught extensively. She works in a wide variety of subject matter areas.
From January 2014 until January 2024, Ms. LaMothe was a United States Magistrate Judge, Central District of California. Since retiring from the court, she continues to maintain her private ADR practice. |
