With over 22 years of litigation experience, Joshua Offutt is an experienced trial attorney operating his own boutique practice, The Law Offices of Joshua Offutt & Associates, P.C.  Mr. Offutt’s practice includes civil litigation in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, and mediation.  He is listed as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator, a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, as well as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. 

With bar admissions in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Colorado, Mr. Offutt has represented individuals and companies in numerous jury trials in civil courts, as well as successfully arguing cases before the Tennessee Court of Appeals.  Mr. Offutt is a born and raised Nashville native and is admitted to the US Middle, Western District and Eastern District Courts of Tennessee. 

Mr. Offutt’s practice has now evolved into full-time mediating and some personal injury work.  Mr. Offutt will conduct his 1,000th mediation as a mediator sometime around April of 2025.  The subject matter of Mr. Offutt’s mediation practice mostly consists of all manner of torts, business litigation, construction litigation, and employment law.
