Jim has been a mediator and arbitrator since 1986 and has handled over 2,000 cases, and a paenlist with BAY since 2004. This depth of experience, in addition to his devotion to the parties involved, makes Jim a reliable resource and guide through the mediation and arbitration processes.

Jim prides himself on dedicating all of the necessary time and attention to each ADR case in order to gain a positive resolution as quickly as possible. As a mediator, his exceptional communication skills allow him to help each party effectively express concerns and negotiate for success, to understand their specific needs, and help develop a resolution that is acceptable to - or even ideal for - everyone involved. Jim routinely seeks creative solutions and explores options that might be unavailable in a standard court but can serve parties' needs better.
