Biography |
Jeff Hazlett has been a lawyer since 1981. He has over 40 years of litigation experience. He began mediating cases in 2007. In 2013, he concentrated his practice full- time in the area of mediation and arbitration. Jeff has handled claims for personal injury, auto accidents, premises liability, nursing home negligence, dental malpractice, construction matters, business disputes, ADA claims, professional negligence, workers compensation, and police misconduct. Jeff has also mediated cases involving airplane crashes and aviation insurance policy matters. He is a commercial pilot with multi-engine and instrument ratings. Jeff mediates over two hundred cases a year throughout Ohio and surrounding states. He has received the Mediator-of-the-Year award from Montgomery County in recognition of his excellence in mediations |
