Jeff's 46+ years of civil trial practice has included diverse legal, medical, professional malpractice, product liability, construction, contract, real estate, insurance and personal injury law issues. He has had the privilege of litigating matters in all Federal and State Courts and before many Administrative Agencies in Iowa. Jeff's practice is devoted exclusively to Mediation and Arbitration as a Neutral at this time. |

$ 350 per hr review of confidential pre-mediation information, coordination of schedules, correspondence between counsel or insurance representatives(s), review of pleadings, discovery material
$150 per hr travel plus IRS mileage .IRS allowed rate per mile varies and is charge for travel outside Polk County;
