Born in 1945, James A. Murman was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1974. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. Mr. Murman is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, The Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates and former Chairman of the Hillsborough County Grievance Committee. He is also on the Board of Trustees of the Allegheny Franciscan Founder Foundation and a volunteer in several local children's organizations. Mr. Murman is a Certified Mediator and has conducted in excess of 150 jury trials.

Rates effective as of April 1, 2023:

RATES:

• Two parties: $225 per party per hour or $450 per hour*                                    
• Three parties: $200 per party per hour or $600 per hour*
• Four or more parties: $175 per party or $700 per hour*                                         
• *THREE HOUR MINIMUM

CANCELLATION FEE:   

If mediation is canceled or rescheduled less than  7 days prior to the scheduled date, a minimum fee of 3 hours for a half day mediation and 6 hours for a full day mediation will be charged.
