Biography |
Mr. Bangert serves as a senior partner in Kutak Rock LLP’s Kansas City office. He specializes in catastrophic personal injury and commericial loss cases, insurance law (including coverage, U.M., U.I.M., vexatious refusal, and bad faith), product liability, retail liability, vehicular negligence and trucking law, medical negligence, and nursing home cases. |
