Mediation and arbitration services for commercial, financial, real estate, construction, agricultural, family business, employment, and business disputes in central California.
- Mediated over 1,200 litigated and non-litgated disputes
- First mediation conducted in 1983
- Specialize in difficult, intractable, hostile conflicts, both litigated and non-litigated
- Unique cases include clergy sexual abuse, congregational disputes, and family busniess conflicts
- Mediated over 600 commercial, financial, and business disputes
- Mediated over 200 real estate, real property, eminent domain, and easement disputes
