Biography |
A partner in Kieffer & Rahter P.A. since 1985, Richard has over 25 years experience as a trial lawyer. His law practice focused primarily in the field of personal injury and wrongful death claims, as well as wills and probate litigation.
Certified as a Circuit-Civil Mediator in 1991, Mr. Rahter has established an excellent reputation for his work as a neutral, and is one of the most in-demand mediators in the St. Petersburg area. To date, he has assisted in settling more than 5000 disputes. |
