Biography |
Before becoming a full-time mediator/arbitrator, I represented clients in hundreds of mediations and/or federal settlement conferences involving the prosecution, or defense of, single, multi-party, and class actions, based on tort, product liability, employment (Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, Arkansas Civil Rights Act, etc.), malpractice, construction, and various other types of cases. Since becoming a certified mediator in 2010, I have conducted in excess of 1,000 mediations, and dozens of single and/or multi-day arbitrations. |
