Bill accumulated 25 years of legal experience before transitioning to his current mediation practice. Over the course of his career, Bill represented both Defendants and Platiniffs in many different types of negligence actions including claims arising out of automobile accidents, premises liability, negligent security, dog bites, etc.   Bill also has experience handling the defense of nursing home and has litigated first party insurance claims, contractual claims, business disputes and insurance coverage disputes. 

During his entire professional career, one constant has been Bill’s sincere desire to develop friendships with the attorneys he has worked with and litigated against and with the clients he has represented. Building bridges between parties in conflict and between competing interests has been the most gratifying part of Bill’s practice. Bill is excited to bring his bridge building experience to the practice of mediation.
