Biography |
A significant part of Ben’s practice includes his service to other attorneys, litigants, and insurance carriers as a certified mediator and arbitrator. Ben is certified as a mediator in both the Circuit Court and Family Court. Recognizing the demands of your work, family, and time constraints during the week, Ben makes his mediation services available to you on the weekends as well.
Ben’s litigation and trial practice includes insurance defense litigation and coverage, business contracts and litigation, school districts and education, products liability, automobile liability, premises liability, personal and bodily injury litigation and municipality and county defense. |
