Kenneth McEwan is a panelist with Pacific ADR Consulting, LLC, after choosing to retire from his litigation practice to focus on alternative dispute resolution as a full-time neutral. Ken brings more than 35 years of experience counseling and assisting a diverse clientele base on a wide range of legal issues to achieve results consistent with their objectives whether through trial, arbitration, risk allocation and settlement or mediation. Having served as counsel for nearly four decades, Mr. McEwan has represented parties in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations, which has enriched his personal experience and specific knowledge of the methodologies employed by effective neutrals in resolving disputes.
