Biography |
In 1975, Judge Abram was appointed as a Colorado District Judge and following that, served 19 years as a United States Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for Colorado. He conducted over 2,000 mediations as a federal judge. In addition, he was also appointed by the U.S. District Court as a Special Master and as a Guardian ad Litem (class action). He spent considerable time as an instructor and lecturer at the University of Southern Colorado, the University of Denver School of Law and the Federal Judicial Center of the U.S. Courts. He is a retired Captain of the United States Naval Reserve. |
