Biography |
Judge Stone was a Judge of the 55 Judicial Civil District Court, Harris County, Texas. She managed an active civil trial docket of over 2100 cases. Tried hundreds of jury and non-jury cases, including complex contract disputes, construction cases, medical, legal and accounting malpractice, DTPA, consumer complaint, personal injury, bad faith insurance claims, employment discrimination disputes, suits on promissory notes.
She is currently a Senior Judge Sitting by Assignment Trying Civil, Probate, Family and Criminal cases Special Judge Pursuant to Chapter 151 of Texas Civil Practice and Remedy Code. She is a Certified Mediator (mediated over 700+ cases) and Certified Arbitrator. |
