Craig A. Diamond has tried cases throughout the State of California and in the State of Washington during his nearly four decades of practicing law. He has tried brain damage, wrongful death, traumatic amputations, products and premises liability cases, large value construction defect cases as well as  wage and hour class action and commercial matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has also appeared before the California First and Third District Courts of Appeal, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and before the United States Supreme Court.
