Mr. Papa is a highly experienced (over 40 years) trial attorney who has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in State and Federal Court throughout California as well as Oregon, Hawaii, Nevada, Nebraska and Washington.

His early practice included a broad range of cases with emphasis on litigation in the areas of personal injury, landlord-tenant disputes, family law matters of divorce, child custody, support and property distribution, partnership and small business dissolution and real estate contract litigation. Practice during this stage also included performing artist contract litigation and labor-management disputes over wages and hours.

Since 2006, he has dedicated his career to serving as a Neutral in all types of serious injury matters including highway design defect cases, construction site accidents, Jones Act/Maritime, products and professional liability, landlord - tenant litigation, real estate contract litigation and aviation accident cases.
