Paul has earned mediator certification through the University of Washington School of Law. Paul is licensed to practice in Washington, Idaho and Montana state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, the U.S. District Courts of Idaho and Montana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
