Biography |
Larry Hoover was the 2005 recipient of the Tradition of Excellence Award presented annually by the General Practice Section of the Virginia State Bar to recognize “an outstanding lawyer who embodies the highest tradition of personal and professional excellence in Virginia.†Often referred to as the “Father of Mediation in Virginia, Larry was awarded the Virginia ADR Founder Award in 2004. |
