I am a seasoned veteran within all aspects of Alternative Dispute Resolution.In addition I am a practicing attorney with experience in the Summit Court of Common Pleas,The Probate Court ,and the Domestic Relations Court.I am also admitted to practice in the Northern District Federal Court of Ohio..
My area of specialty is arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution. I have served on several neutral panels: American Arbitration Assoc., Resolute Systems, LLC, National Arbitration Forum, and Summit County Domestic Relations Court as a mediator .My unique style, expert knowledge of the emerging Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methodologies, and mastery of a variety of conciliation and litigation avoidance processes have enhanced my ADR practice. |
