Biography |
Victor has many years of litigation experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, in personal injury litigation and insurance coverage disputes.
He has served as a New York State Department of Insurance Master Arbitrator (No-Fault) since 1978 and has written several thousands of decisions relating to no-fault. He also acts as a Referee for the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct and frequently serves as a mediator or arbitrator at the request of fellow attorneys or insurance company representatives in the Upstate New York area. His success rate as a mediator is over 90%.
Victor is a well-known expert on legal ethics, professional responsibility and attorney discipline, having lectured frequently for the New York State Bar Association as well as other organizations. |
