Biography |
He regularly represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board, the State of Florida Public Employees Relations Commission and the United States Department of Labor. Jim is a certified mediator who has mediated over 800 labor and employment cases including several FLSA collective actions involving major industries. Jim has extensive experience representing government contractors, construction companies and public employers in labor and employment matters. Jim is a frequent speaker on labor and employment matters before trade and professional groups. Jim was chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar in 1984-1985. |
