Practicing Civil Litigation 1967 – present. Litigation has been in a variety of areas evolving to an emphasis in commercial, construction, employment and business litigation. Practicing as a Mediator since being certified by the Iowa State Bar Association in 1990. Practicing Arbitrator since becoming a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2000. President of the American Academy of ADR Attorneys 2011-2012. |
