Biography |
Philip M. Weinstein has enjoyed a long, distinguished legal career in the areas of civil litigation and Personal Injury law. He has successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury and medical malpractice cases, including the landmark case Dipetrillo v. Dow Chemical. Attorney Weinstein is a past President of the Rhode Island Bar Association and of the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association (now the Rhode Island Association for Justice). He also served on the Board of Governors of the American Trial Lawyers Association (now the American Association for Justice).
Attorney Weinstein has successfully resolved numerous cases resulting in multi-million dollar awards to clients. He has served as a mediator and arbitrator, both privately and for the United States District Court and the Rhode Island Supreme Court. |
