Biography |
Presently engaged in the general practice of law. Practice includes serving as an arbitrator and mediator. Served as a trial judge in the County, Circuit and Chancery Courts of Mississippi full time 1983- 1989 and part-time 1990-present. Continuous general practice of law, 1977-1982. Practice included general litigation, small business problems, consumer problems, personal injury and criminal law, with numerous jury and non-jury trials. Interned with District Attorney's Office in Rankin and Madison Counties, Mississippi, investigating and preparing cases for trial and assisting in the trial of felony criminal prosecutions. |
