Ms. Boge became one of the first lawyers in Florida to be certified as a Circuit Court Mediator. In this capacity she has mediated a wide variety of disputes, including eminent domain claims, construction claims, employment discrimination claims, lemon law claims, personal injury claims, insurance disputes, and other tort claims. She is a member of Resolute Systems Commercial and Employment panels of mediators and arbitrators. She is also a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial and Construction panels of arbitrators.

In 2002, Samantha Boge joined Charles Dodson and continued her practice of civil litigation, along with arbitration and mediation. Since 2008, Ms. Boge has confined her practice exclusively to arbitration and mediation, successfully adjudicating or negotiating over $100 million in claims.
