Education	Mr. Gregory was awarded the Bachelor of Arts and Master of Fine Arts degrees from the University of Alabama, in English and creative writing, respectively. Mr. Gregory received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.
Biography	Mr. Gregory is an experienced arbitrator and mediator. Mr. Gregory is a member of the panel of arbitrators for the Financial Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) and for the National Futures Association and has chaired over thirty FINRA (formerly NASD) arbitration panels. Mr. Gregory also mediates securities disputes through FINRA and privately; in addition, he has mediated employment disputes for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Gregory is a member of the panel of neutrals for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution.
