Biography |
Sylvia Ivey Zinn began practicing civil litigation with a small St. Paul law firm after graduating from William Mitchell College of Law in 1984. That practice included the representation of injured plaintiffs as well as representing the interests of insurance companies and their insureds. Since November of 1993, she has practiced primarily insurance defense litigation. Over the past several years, Ms. Zinn has litigated and tried many personal injury cases, coverage matters, UM and UIM cases, employment claims (including sexual harassment and discrimination), mass tort litigation, construction litigation, environmental claims, fire subrogation and no-fault claims both through the arbitration process and matters litigated in district court. |
