Biography |
David L. Tobin was actively engaged in the private practice of law in South Florida for 26 years prior to becoming a Circuit Court Judge in 1987. He served on the bench of the 11th Circuit for thirteen years in the civil and criminal divisions. He is a Certified Circuit Civil mediator whose mediation specialties are matters involving commercial litigation, personal injury, malpractice, business and corporate law. |
