Mr. Chaykin has earned his Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Politics at Brandeis University where he was magna cum laude. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and graduated magna cum laude. |

Biography |
Arthur was one of the originators of the Kansas Bar Association’s original course in Civil Mediation. He has taught literally hundreds of lawyers the art of mediation. Arthur started mediating in 1982 when he was trained at CDR in Boulder, Colorado. He taught Alternative Dispute Resolution and Arbitration at the University of Pittsburgh Law School and authored two law review articles on the liabilities and responsibilities of mediators. Arthur has arbitrated and mediated numerous cases in all aspects of business and tort law, and has acted as an advocate in many others. |
