Jason Rosen utilizes decades of experience as a litigator handling complex civil tort cases to craft effective and efficient settlements through mediation. His mediation practice is focused towards personal injury/wrongful death, municipal
liability, police excessive force, employment discrimination, construction site, and product liability disputes. He received his Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) with his law degree from Willamette University College of
Law and is a Certified Rule 39.1 mediator for the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Mr. Rosen has represented defendants and plaintiffs at all levels of litigation— from initial claim assessment, through trial, and on appeal—providing a breadth of perspective indispensible to bringing parties to successful agreements. He
