Biography |
Chris Strianese concentrates his mediation practice on the resolution of
sexual harassment, employment discrimination, wage and hour, Qui Tam /
whistleblower retaliation, and non-competition / non-solicitation cases.
While he now practices plaintiff-side employment law, he spent nearly a
decade practicing defense-side employment law for a large law firm.
Because he has been on both sides, he brings a unique perspective to the
mediation process, and has had significant success in bringing parties
together to resolve employment disputes.
As an advocate, Chris has spent almost his entire career litigating
employment cases. After graduating from Fordham Law School, he went
to work in Manhattan for Bryan Cave LLP, one of the largest law firms in
the country.
While at Bryan Cave, he mostly represented large corporations, hedge funds, and private equity
companies in litigation. During his time at Bryan Cave, he litigated employment cases involving highly
compensated executives, Board of Director level management, and multi-plaintiff, class, and collective
actions. In his last case at the firm, he handled a proposed $100 million gender discrimination, sexual
harassment, and inequitable pay class action case involving a nationwide technology company.
Today, Chris devotes his legal practice to representing plaintiffs in employment disputes. He represents
everyone from high-level executives to rank and file workers in disputes with their employers. |
