Biography Vince has over 35 years experience planning, preparing and negotiating agreements with U.S. and foreign corporations and in negotiating the resolution of business disputes in the U.S. and foreign countries. His ability to analyze situations and my creative problem solving skills have been invaluable. He served as sole mediator/arbitrator for over 100 cases involving various commercial matters. He has conducted mediations for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio as part or its ADR Panel. Mediator panel member for NASD. Mediator for civil cases for Berea Municipal Court.
