Diane Massey has been the field of Labor and Employee Relations for 28 years. She has been the Personnel Manager of a can manufacturing plant with Steelworkers and Teamsters. In that position, she was responsible for all areas of Human Resources. She represented the Company in arbitrations. Diane has also been the Manager of Compliance in a large semiconductor plant. She was responsible for compliance with all federal employment laws and represented the Company in matters dealing with the EEOC.

In 1983, Diane began interning for her father, Arbitrator Robert Dunham, who was a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators. She also interned with Dr. J. Earl Williams. She conducted her first arbitration in 1985 as a Postal Service Arbitrator. Diane was admitted to the National Academy of Arbitrator in 1992. Diane also mediates and arbitrates employment law cases for American Arbitration and the EEOC.
