Mr. Juneau is a past Member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, and current member of the Dallas, Houston and Collin County Bar Associations. He is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and a Fellow of the Houston Bar Foundation and Dallas Bar Foundation.

Jim became a full-time mediator in July, 2008, after completing more than 25 years of a successful civil trial practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of catastrophic personal injury, products liability, professional malpractice, wrongful death, aviation and complex business tort cases. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and he has tried more than 75 cases in state and federal courts all across the State of Texas. Jim has been honored by induction into the Million-Dollar Advocates Forum, he has
been recognized as a "Texas Super Lawyer" in Texas Monthly and Law & Politics magazines, and he has been named as one of Dallas' Best ADR professionals by "D" Magazine.

In addition to his busy trial practice, Jim has had more than 20 years of experience serving as a professional arbitrator in more than 250 cases. He is a long-standing member of the American Arbitration Association’s Large and Complex Case panel of approved arbitrators, and has successfully mediated settlements in numerous complex tort and commercial cases involving allegations of products liability, medical malpractice, general negligence, premises liability, professional liability, dram shop liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, employment discrimination and harassment, partnership dissolution, business torts and commercial disputes.
