Biography

Jack Day graduated from the University of Florida College of Law. He maintained a broad civil trial practice experience in the Tampa Bay area for 29 years and was a certified circuit mediator and arbitrator. He became board-certified in civil trial in 1996 and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Elected to the circuit bench in 2006, after sitting in other divisions Judge Day served on the civil bench from 2012 until his retirement in 2018.
