Biography |
Mr. Schwartz specializes in general civil litigation including probate, real estate and personal injury defense. He has given a number of lectures, including "Litigating Mild to Severe Head Injury" and "The Defense Perspective". Seth is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and is an AV Peer Review Rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. |
