Biography	Yolanda M. Jackson, Esq. is a skilled mediator, arbitrator, litigator and dispute resolution expert. Ms. Jackson has extensive experience in complex and multi-party case dispute resolution as a party, carrier representative and neutral. She has been involved in resolving thousands of disputes. She has literally been in every seat at the mediation table. Yolanda Jackson has over 20 years experience as a litigator, mediator, arbitrator and in insurance claims handling and resolution, claims litigation cost containment and litigation management. Ms. Jackson acts as a Facilitator in the Louisiana Recovery & Rebuilding Conference (Katrina) – AmericaSpeaks; Citizens’ Health Care Community Meeting (Los Angeles)- AmericaSpeaks; SFListens Town Hall Meeting - City of San Francisco. She served as an instructor at the University of California - Hastings College of the Law on Negotiations/Settlement – 2006. Prior to establishing her ADR practice, Ms. Jackson was a litigator with Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company and with the San Francisco law firm of Long & Levitt. In these capacities, she was involved in evaluating and resolving over 2,000 matters. Ms. Jackson is frequently called upon to speak and train nationally, on topics such as “mediating cases with insurance adjusters,” diversity, employment case mediations and “creating ADR programs internally/externally”, to name a few.
