Biography |
Joe Swan's practice focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on tort and construction defect litigation, professional liability, catastrophic injury, products liability, premises liability, auto liability, dram shop liability and insurance coverage and bad faith. He also provides mediation services.
During his distinguished career, which began in 1967, Joe has tried more than 150 civil and criminal jury trials.
He is a Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation (Arizona Board of Legal Specialization) and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. In the ABOTA, Joe has achieved the designation of Advocate, criteria for which include serving as lead counsel in 50 or more jury trials.
Joe is a seven-time Super Lawyers® selectee, a member of Litigation Counsel of America and the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, and listed in "Who's Who in American Law." |
