Biography |
Gary E. Frazier is a former Florida Administrative Law Judge. While
on the bench he enjoyed a reputation for fairness and courtesy toward
litigants and their counsel. After serving in the United States Army,
including a tour of duty in Vietnam, Gary attended Stetson University
of Law and began practicing law in 1976. His legal background
includes civil trial work as a defense attorney representing one of the
largest insurance carriers in the country. He also has extensive
experience in representing plaintiffs.
Gary has been mediating since 1993 and is certified by the Florida
Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator. He is a Certified Federal
Mediator for the Federal Middle District of Florida. He has also acted
as an arbitrator in a number of commercial disputes. He is AV Rated
by Martindale Hubbell. Gary has been a guest lecturer at Stetson
College of Law for ADR on a number of different occasions. Since
2002 his practice has been devoted primarily to alternative dispute resolution. Gary is a member of the
Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar.
Gary brings a unique perspective to his ADR practice that has been shaped by 36 plus years as a defense
attorney, plaintiff’s attorney and judge. He has the ability to understand the perspective of all the parties
involved in a case since he has served both as a party representative and as a neutral. Gary has extensive
experience in mediating personal injury law, employment law and disability law cases among the many
types of cases that he has mediated. |
