Biography |
Russ Ware has practiced law in Wisconsin for over 35 years, and has tried well over 100 cases to conclusion in the federal and state courts of Wisconsin. He concentrates his practice in the defense of professional liability claims. Russ devotes a significant portion of his practice to service as a mediator in civil matters. In 2012, Russ was the recipient of a commendation for writing excellence by the Wisconsin State Bar Association for his article, “Negotiating in the ‘Red Zone,’†published in February 2011 by Wisconsin Lawyer magazine. |
